-Free shipping.
We will deliver your shoes at no cost when you check FREE SHIPPING at the checkout section. Delivery time is 2-4 business days (US only). If you want your shoes sooner you can choose one of the other options at additional cost. However, you WONT be able to return your shoes at no cost if you choose shipping method, other than FREE SHIPPING.

-Free returns
You have 12 months, starting from delivery date, to return your shoes (up to total 3 ordered pairs) in its ORIGINAL condition at no cost (exept clearance items, they are eligible for return, but we will deduct return shipping cost from your refund). Shoes that are not in their original initial condition are not eligible for return. If you order more than 3 pairs, you can still return them, but we will deduct both, delivery and return shipping cost from your return) Once you request return, we will send you a full instructions on your e-mail.Then you will have 15 days to ship your return to us. We will not accept any returns, shipped more than 15 days after return is approved. Once OGS wide shoes has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be issued within 7 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to appear to your account. You are eligible for FREE return only if you select FREE DELIVERY at the checkout section. If you choose different delivery method we will issue a refund for the FULL PRICE of your shoes, but you pay for both shipping and return. (we won't refund your shipping and return cost.)

For Canada customers we offer reduced shipping cost ( flat rate per order), return shipping cost is paid by customer and may vary, based on weight and size. All other conditions are same as above.
